Driven By Purpose Award

We wanted to announce the first recipient in 2019 for our Driven By Purpose Award — Congratulations Logan Sillies, Physical Therapist for Rehab Resources!!  The Driven By Purpose Award is a quarterly award given to a team member who exhibits and incorporates our company’s purpose statement Leading With Talent into their interactions with patients, customers and other co-workers.  Not only has Logan been working full time at skilled nursing facilities, he has also single handedly designed the new Beyond Limits Rehabilitation Clinic. Logan has supervised the demolition, installation, and build out of the clinic space as well as organizing and ordering all the equipment and supplies. You can find him in the clinic late in the day or throughout the weekend, making sure every detail is handled in preparation for the grand opening on March 1, 2019. Thank you, Logan, for all your vision and hard work!

Known my wife Molly since we were fifteen and we have been married for 2 years. We have an 8 month old daughter named Eden. We have a house on the Westside that I enjoyed renovating. We have an Australian Shepherd named Copper. We enjoy outdoor activities such as camping, hiking and boating and staying active in general. 

Before working for RR, what was your most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?

I was a Teacher’s Assistant for the Gross Anatomy class for DPT school, and I was also a Bicycle Mechanic to help pay for college.

Best vacation spot you’ve been to?

We went on a cruise for our honeymoon and visited San Juan, Barbados, St. Kitt’s, St. Marteen’s, St. Lucia, and St. Thomas. 

Describe what you were like at age 10?

Likely had a cast, playing sports and involved in Boy Scouts. 

What aspect of your job do you like most?

Working on the new clinic.

What is one thing on your bucket list?

Have a big family.
