Allison Loos serves as Vice President of Business Operations for Rehab Resources, overseeing the organization’s operations, human resources, recruiting, marketing, business development, and administrative functions. She works closely with company leadership to improve operational performance, support strategic growth, and ensure the systems and people behind the organization are positioned for long-term success.

Allison graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with concentrations in Operations Management and Marketing. She brings almost two decades of expertise in operational leadership, process improvement, talent acquisition, and business strategy, along with a passion for building efficient systems and developing high-performing teams.

Since joining Rehab Resources in 2019, Allison has played an integral role in the company’s continued growth by strengthening recruitment and retention efforts, expanding business relationships, streamlining operations, and supporting key organizational initiatives. She is committed to fostering a collaborative workplace culture while ensuring Rehab Resources continues to provide exceptional service to its employees, clients, referral partners, and the communities it serves.
